Paul Franklin Phillips, 76, of Rock Island died Friday, March 10 at Raintree Manor in McMinnville. He was born on Thursday, April 4, 1940 in Chattanooga and was the son of the late Charley Phillips and the late Helen Cantrell Phillips. He was the husband of Judith Jones Phillips.Paul was an Air Force veteran, serving 1958-1962 and was also a Mason at Warren Lodge 125 and was a member of the Church of Christ.
