McMinnville resident and Warren County native Patricia Jean Muncey, 61, was born June 1, 1951 and died July 9 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.An employee of Pit Stop Market and member of Faith Chapel Fellowship Church, she was the daughter of the late Harlie Spencer and Treva Jean Grissom Parker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Stephen Parker and James Sidney Smartt, and grandson Sedric Phelan Simmons. She was married March 24, 2000 to Timmy Eugene Muncey of McMinnville.
