Morrison resident and Warren County native Patricia Ann Hillis, 57, died Jan. 21 at River Park Hospital after an extended illness.A receptionist with S&S Industries and a member of Grace Gospel Baptist Church, she was a member of the Freedom Travelers gospel group for many years.She is survived by father and stepmother, Louie M. and Mary Elkins-Hillis of Woodbury; son, Chris Byford of Woodbury; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Teresa Hillis of Warren County, Steve and Sharon Hillis of McMinnville; nephews, Nathan Hillis of Warren County and Michael Hillis of McMinnville; nieces, Amy Fults of McMinnville and Andrea Scheidler of Shelbyville; and aunts, Margie Hillis and Daisy Young of California. She was preceded in death by her mother, Violet Fay Haley Hillis.Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at High’s Chapel with burial following at McMahan Cemetery in Cannon County.
