Patricia Ann Crutcher, 63, of McMinnville died Sunday, Oct. 2 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.She was born Sept. 27, 1948 in McMinnville and was a former employee of DeZurik Corp., a homemaker’s assistant with UCHRA, and a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mrs. Crutcher was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Stella Bussell Duncan, and sister Kathy Sparkman.Survivors include her husband of 40 years James L. “Jim” Crutcher; daughter and son-in-law, Traci and William Frazier; brother and sister-in-law, Freddie and Rebecca Duncan; brother-in-law, Roy Sparkman, all of McMinnville; and two grandchildren, Dylan Woods and Shelby Woods.Funeral service was Tuesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Steve Brown officiated.
