Pansy Woodlee Davis, 89, of McMinnville died Tuesday, March 17, at Riverview Terrace.
She was born on Feb. 4, 1926 in Warren County and was retired from Caney Fork Electric after 35 years and was a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ.
She was married to John Henry Davis, who preceded her in death in November of 1989. Also preceding her in death were her parents Jesse Sewell and Annie Bess Woodlee, and sisters, Mary Frances Simpson, Jessie Walker, Lucy Edna Woodlee, Nell Gribble and Sue Ayers.
Survivors include her sisters, Agnes Alley of Yorktown, Ind., and Judith Ann Smith (Charlie) of Winter Haven, Fla., brother-in-law, R. L. Gribble of Panama City, Fla., and several nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
Graveside service is 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt View Cemetery. David Costello will officiate. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 10:45 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Saturday at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt.
