Houston, Texas native, raised in Monterey, Mexico, Osbaldo “Luna” Rocha. 43, died Jan. 12 in McMinnville.He is survived by parents, two brothers, one son and two daughters and extended family in Monterey, Mexico as well as special friends, Jeannie Nelson, the Holland family and the Cherie Brown family. He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers.
