McMinnville resident and Warren County native Opal Eileen Tobitt, 87, was born May 29, 1923 and died May 2 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville following a short illness.A retired employee of Rockford Textile Company, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Carrie Williamson Duggin. She was married to William Albert Tobitt, who preceded her in death April 6, 1999. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Treva Tobitt; brother, Richard Duggin; and daughter-in-law, Dene Tobitt.
