Neeland Elwood Rogers, 87, beloved cherished husband, father, and grandfather of Indianapolis, Ind., died April 18.He was born July 18, 1923 in Centertown to the late Sherman and Alice (Williamson) Rogers. He graduated from Shortridge High School. He was a World War II Army veteran, serving at the Battle of the Bulge under Gen. George Patton.
