Nancy Rhea Potter Newby died Sunday, Oct. 19. She was born and raised in Tullahoma and lived most of her life in Cookeville.She recently moved to Columbia to live near her daughter. She was a longtime member of Collegeside Church of Christ in Cookeville and worked as a real estate agent for American Way for more than 20 years.She was the daughter of the late Rhea Dibrell and Sara Frances Winton Potter.
