Nancy Marie Stubblefield, 98, a Hendersonville resident and Huntland native was born Dec. 23, 1918 and died June 9 at Brookdale Senior Living Facility following a brief illness.She was a homemaker, member of Central Church of Christ and daughter of the late Thomas Warner and Sallie Blanche Foster Gonder. Mrs. Stubblefield was married Aug. 26, 1952 to Ernest Elisha Stubblefield, who preceded her death Feb. 20, 1989. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, Forrest, John, Dee and Dan Gonder; and sister, Joanne Gonder Cunningham.Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Jim Kirkpatrick of Hendersonville; and sister Oma Sue Demester-Shubert of Stow, Ohio.Graveside service and interment will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, at Mt.
