Minnie Lee Bratcher, 78, of McMinnville died Wednesday at Horizon Health & Rehab Center in Manchester. She was born Nov. 24, 1937 in Fentress County and was a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ at Bethany. Mrs. Bratcher was preceded in death by parents, Jesse and Gratchel Atkinson Henry; her husband, Everett Lee Bratcher, and brothers, Kenneth Henry and Hilary Henry.
