Mildred Brewer Bailey, 74

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mildred Brewer Bailey, 74, died unexpectedly July 3 at her home.
A retired teacher with the Warren County School System and a member of Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Arnold Matt and Frances Mae Scott Brewer and was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Edward Bailey; sons, Louis Arnold Brewer and Major William Edward Bailey and brother, Arnold Matt Brewer Jr.
She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Lillian and Mark Fox of Crossville, Delia and Jimmy Walker of McMinnville; four grandchildren and spouses, Lauren and Erik Bergvin of Crossville, Rachel and Brian Wyatt of Pikeville, Mason Fox of Crossville, and Alex Walker of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Emanuel and Mary Jo Brewer of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Gardens of Memory with Ben Bailey officiating. Visitation will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
