McMinnville resident and Ft. Worth, Texas native Mary Ruth Parsley Dunlap, 102, was born July 20, 1913 and died May 22 at Webb House Retirement Center in McMinnville following a brief illness. A retired clerk with Walmart and a member of New Bybee Chapel Methodist Church, she was the daughter of the late Sidney and Lula Virginia Rains Parsley.
