McMinnville resident and Detroit, Mich., native Mary Elizabeth Stewart, 58, was born Aug. 22, 1952 and died June 25 at Alive Hospice in Nashville following a gallant battle against cancer.A pharmacist with Stewart Pharmacy and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Nestor and Jo Sanders Stewart of McMinnville. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Joseph Caleb and Kimberly Woodlee of the Dibrell community, and John Michael Woodlee of Nashville; daughter, Emily Ann Stewart of Brentwood; granddaughter, Anna Belle Woodlee; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ella and David Wilson of Brentwood, Donna Carr of McMinnville, Sherri and Barry Stowe of Hong Kong, China, and Gina and Mike Craig of Rockford, Mich.; brother and sister-in-law, David and Peg Stewart of McMinnville, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Funeral service was held Tuesday at Central Church of Christ with Julian Goodpaster officiating. Burial followed at Webb Cemetery at Bluff Springs.
