Martha Sue Roberts, 89, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sept. 14, 2023 while a resident at the Willow Branch Nursing Home. 

Martha was born on April 14, 1934 in DeKalb County. Those that preceded Martha in passing were her husband, Kenneth Lee Roberts and her son, Gary Wayne Roberts. 

Martha leaves to cherish her memory her son, Kenneth Glenn Roberts (wife Jeannie); her grandson, Joshua Roberts (wife Samanatha); her granddaughter, Amber Whitson (husband Josh); and her six great-grandchildren, Christopher Whitson, Gillian Whitson, Wylder Whitson, Shelby Roberts, Sophia Lee and Ava Lee. 

There will be a graveside service at Jefferson Cemetery in Dekalb County on Monday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
