McMinnville resident and Warren County native Martha Joanna Pack, 74, was born April 13, 1941 and died March 14 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.
A homemaker and member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, she was the daughter of the late John and Hallie Milstead Patrick. She was married to Carl Eugene Pack on Oct. 1, 1960. He preceded her in death Nov. 11, 2013. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by son David Wayne Pack, and brother Leon Patrick.
Mrs. Pack is survived by two sons, Darren Pack and Jacob Allen Pack, both of McMinnville; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Eddie Meeks of Decherd; two grandchildren, Josh Yates and wife Jordan of McMinnville and Mark Meeks of Decherd; two great-grandchildren, Anaston Yates and Ansley Yates; brother and sister-in-law, Alton “Tony” Patrick and wife Elizabeth of McMinnville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Taylor of Chicago, Ill., and Geneva and Marvin Crouch of McMinnville; sister-in-law, Joyce Patrick of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at High’s Chapel with Harley Roth officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at High’s.
