Marshall Paul Parsley, 73, of Murfreesboro, passed away on July 26 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a native of Warren County but resided in Rutherford County for the past 12 years. Mr. Parsley served in the United States Marine Corp and was a retired mechanical engineer.
