McMinnville resident and Degollado, Jalisco, Mexico native Maria Guadalupe Ornelas, 81, was born Aug. 21, 1932 and died July 24 at her residence following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Catholic Church, she was the daughter of the late Benigno Ornelas and Melquiades Rodriguez. She was married to Jose Guzman who preceded her in death.
