Margaret Tramel, 52, of Smithville died at her residence.
She was a homemaker and a member of Webb’s Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tramel; parents, Jeff and Ollie Durham Mears; and brother, Aubrey Mears.
Survivors include a daughter, April and husband Ryan Hawkins of Readyville; son, Travis Tramel of Smithville; five grandchildren, Kyra Agee, Justus, Jaya, and Jaiden Tramel and Kylee Davis, all of Smithville; eight sisters, Edna Young, Myrtle Cox, Treva and husband Paul Hutchins, Maggie Lance, and Joyce Davis, all of McMinnville, Laura Davis of Smithville, Anita and husband Joe Reed of Woodbury, and Roberta Collins of Shelbyville; halfsister, Daisy Bailey of McMinnville; five brothers, Thomas and wife Dorothy Mears, Johnny and wife Valerie Mears, James and wife Faye Mears, Charlie Mears, all of McMinnville, and George Mears of Woodbury.
The funeral was held at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home. Kenneth Clayton and David Tramel officiated and burial followed at Snow Hill Methodist Cemetery.
Love-Cantrell Funeral Home of Smithville was in charge of arrangements.
