Margaret Nora Bland, 88, of Rock Island, (formerly of Cullman, Ala.,) died Sunday, March 12, at her residence. She was born July 5, 1928, in Cullman, was a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ at Rock Island. Mrs. Bland was preceded in death by parents Lloyd and Ruth Elizabeth Burnham Pence, husband Clyde H. Bland, and sister Frances Wilburn.Survivors include her children Carol (Steve) Grandey, Brenda Schmidt, Shelia Bishop, and Paul (Kayla) Bland, sisters Evelyn Latta and Martha (Wayne) Robertson, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
