Margaret Frances Higgins, 88, a Morrison resident and Warren County native died July 13, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a retired employee of Formfit Rogers, member of Ivy Bluff Church of Christ and daughter of the late Floyd and Selmer Davenport Hillis. She was married Feb. 20, 1944 to Ernest Gray Higgins who preceded her in death December 26, 2008.
