Marc Edwin Barnes, 55, of McMinnville (Irving College community) died Tuesday, March 18, at Alive Hospice at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.He was born March 17, 1959 in McMinnville and was a mechanic and machinist, and a member of the Church of Christ at Hebron.He is survived by two sons, Ryan Caleb Barnes of McMinnville and Joshua Keith Barnes of Manchester; parents, Stanley and Nadean Lytle Barnes; brother, Allen (Venus) Barnes, niece Brandi Gann, all of McMinnville; two aunts Janice (Joe) Spiva of Nashville and Joy (Billy) Slatton of McMinnville. Several cousins, family members, and friends also survive.A graveside service and interment was held Thursday at Hebron Cemetery with Chris Perry officiating.
