McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mabel Loretta Tittsworth, 88, was born July 12, 1927 and died Nov. 4 at her residence following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of Bates Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late Dallas B. and Nettie F. Lance Carrick. She was married to Frank Benton Tittsworth, who preceded her in death on Dec. 20, 1997. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Cecil, James and Randal Carrick, and sister Estelle Fitts.She is survived by two daughters, Beverly K. Fults and Kimberly R. Lowry, both of McMinnville; two sons Myron Paul Tittsworth of Tullahoma and Wayne Tittsworth of Hermitage; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and sister Josephine Fitts of the Centertown community.Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in High’s Chapel with Tony Roberts officiating.
