Campaign resident and Warren County native M.A. “Papa” Bouldin Jr., 84, was born July 23, 1929 and died Oct. 18 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville following a brief illness.Mr. Bouldin was a retired truck driver with Batesville Casket Company, retired from Eastside Market, and former owner of Rock Island Market and Campaign Market. He was a United States Army veteran of Korea and a member of Campaign Church of God of Prophecy. He was a member of the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173 and a Warren County Commissioner.He was the son of the late M.A. and Ova Hitchcock Bouldin Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, H.B. Bouldin; and sister, Ester Bess.He was married to his wife of 64 years, Johnnie Belle Bouldin of Campaign.
