McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lucy Northcutt Holt, 70, was born July 2, 1941 and died Aug. 9 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness.A paralegal and real estate agent and member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late O.H. and Opal Coppinger Northcutt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Lisa White, Larry Northcutt and Donna Marie Northcutt. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Amy Holt of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Justin Maddox, and Kaitlyn and Lyndsey Holt; great-grandchild, Kori Maddox; brother, Hoyt Northcutt of McMinnville, and sister, Rita Holmes of McMinnville.Mrs. Holt was a longtime member of the Warren County and McMinnville Lion Clubs.A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel.
