McMinnville resident and Clintonville, Ky., native Louise Worthington Mason, 95, was born Aug. 3, 1917 and died July 30 at River Park Hospital following a lingering illness.A homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in McMinnville, she was the daughter of the late William Clinton and Mary Estel Lewis Worthington. She was married to her husband of 65 years, James Ridley Mason who preceded her in death June 29, 2000. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brother, James Gordon Worthington; and nephew, William Lowe Worthington.She is survived by her caring daughter, Mary Mason of McMinnville; nieces and nephews, Dr. John T. and Linda Mason of Cookeville, Dr. Norman and Elizabeth Rone of McMinnville, John Timothy Worthington of Mitchell, Ind., and Cathie Anne Pate of Jacksonville, Fla.Mrs. Mason was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed watching them play.
