Louise Woods Johnson, 87, of Mills River died Monday, April 24 at her residence. A native of McMinnville, she was a daughter of the late Tom R. and Martha Blanks Woods. She had resided in Western North Carolina since 1971.Louise had roots at her home church of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McMinnville and had worked for Belks in the Asheville Mall as a seamstress for 22 years.
