Lois Ann Bratcher Rutledge Milligan, 54

McMinnville resident Lois Ann Bratcher Rutledge Milligan, 54, was born Dec. 13, 1957 and died March 3 at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville following a brief illness.
A retired employee of A.O. Smith and member of Oak Grove Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson and Emma Pauline Warren Bratcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by special friend Jerry Rutledge Sr.
She was married to Charles Henry Milligan Jr., of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Jerry Rutledge Jr., of McMinnville; stepdaughter, Jessica Marie Milligan of Texas; stepson, Charles Gerald Milligan of Texas; brother, Jesse (Tabby) Bratcher of Hillsboro; nephews, Johnathan, Christopher, Jarrett and Matthew Bratcher; niece, Addison Bratcher; brother-in-law, Tommy Milligan of McMinnville and sister-in-law, Julia Sullivan of Murfreesboro.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service today at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
