Lisa Ann Melvin, 47, of McMinnville died Monday, Aug. 21 at her home. She was born Sunday, Feb. 8, 1970 in Blytheville, Ark., and she was the daughter of Bill Melvin and the late Wanda Stevenson Polson. Lisa is survived by her three daughters, Victoria Perez, Veronica Perez and Jessica Melvin; two sons, Nick Melvin-Morton and Jacob Melvin; fiancée, Jesus Perez; two sisters, Amanda Polson and Kimberly Polson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
