Linda Lee Ore Perry, 70, a Morrison resident and Kansas City, Mo., native was born Dec. 14, 1946 and died May 6 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following a sudden illness.She was a retired elementary teacher in Dyersburg, attended Hebron Church of Christ, and was the daughter of the late Arthur Franklin and Bessie Mae Harris Ore. Mrs. Perry was married May 31, 1978 to Michael O'Neil Perry, who preceded her death on June 11, 2015.Survivors include three children and spouses, Chris and Danyelle Perry of Morrison, Melanie and Matt Merlone of St. Charles, Mo., and Marcus and Rhonda Perry of The Colony, Texas; four grandchildren, Jordan Perry, Cydney Jane Perry, Bennett Perry and Cecilia Merlone; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanne and Ronald Woodall of Lewisville, Texas; sister-in-law, Amanda Perry of Cordova; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 8, at High's Chapel with Chris Perry to officiate. A graveside service and interment will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Maury City Cemetery in Maury City, TN. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday until the time of service at High's.
