McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lillie Jim Hill, 79, was born March 17, 1934 and died unexpectedly Feb. 3 at her residence.A retired custodian with the Warren County School System and a member of East End Drive Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Frances Martin Bonner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Harrison Bonner Jr., Buford “Frank” Bonner, Thomas Bonner and Tarlton Martin; and five sisters, Betty Favors, Dorothy Biles, Martha “Hon” Robertson, Patty Sue Martin, and Mary Elam.She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Frank Martin and Tracey and Carey Gillon, all of McMinnville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ervin Hill of Manchester and Glenn and Carol Bonner of Sparta; six grandchildren, Corey Hill and wife Rebecca, Laryssa Hill, Devon Hill, Shakka Hill and Latasha Crisp, all of McMinnville, and Reonna Bonner of Sparta; eight great-grandchildren, Jaden Crisp, Kiamesha Crisp, Destini Hill, Elijah Hill, Niya Martin, Marques Martin, Shiya Hill and Tahari Hill; one brother, Robert “Bub” Bonner of McMinnville; and one sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and E.B. Malone of McMinnville. She also leaves in mourning numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends, Tommie Brown, Lyn and Jerry Bradshaw, Carol Killian and Floyd Smith.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel with George King, Phillip Smith Jr., pastor Willie Cameron and Rickey Terry officiating.
