Leslie Nicole Greene Lytle, 33, of McMinnville died Monday, Feb. 6, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.She was born March 3, 1978, in Murfreesboro. She formerly worked as an E-911 dispatcher for Warren and DeKalb counties, and attended Cornerstone Baptist Church. Mrs. Lytle was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Oscar Manning, and paternal grandparents Earl Greene and Ethel Greene Cantrell.Survivors include her husband Russell Lytle, son Hayden Manning Lytle, daughter Kennedy Eden Jade Lytle, parents Perry and Rita Greene, all of McMinnville; sister Lindsey Lynese Greene of Manchester; maternal grandmother Linda Manning of Smithville; mother-in-law Annie Moffitt and husband David, and father-in-law David Lytle, all of McMinnville; and special uncle and aunt Earlie and Jenean Bain of Smithville.
