Leonard Lee Snodgrass, 69, a Warren County resident and native, was born May 3, 1949 and passed away Jan. 25 at his residence following a five-year illness.
He was a forklift driver for Carrier for 35 years, a member of Oasis Church, and son of the late Carson Clay and Christine Shelton Snodgrass. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother-in-law David Rubley; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Carlos and Lillian Maxwell.
Mr. Snodgrass was married April 5, 1969 to Patricia Maxwell Snodgrass, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by son, Jason Snodgrass of McMinnville; two granddaughters Lindsay Katelyn (Cody) Parkhurst and Kelsi Leanne Snodgrass, both of McMinnville; great-grandson Declan Knox Parkhurst of McMinnville; sister and brother-in-law Judy Rubley Mills and Joe Bob Mills of Murfreesboro; and niece Julie Braxton Parrish of Murfreesboro.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at High’s Chapel with Steve Breedlove to officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Sunday until the time of service at High’s.
