Leon Ward, 84, a Rockvale resident and Warren County native, died Feb. 17 at Woodbury Health Center following an extended illness. He was a self-employed dairy farmer, member of the Baptist Church and son of the late Mattie Edgar and Winnie Addline Jones Ward. He was married Feb. 4, 1954 to Willie Louise Bettis Ward, who preceded him in death Nov. 25, 2010.
