Larry L. (Butch) Henry, 69, died Monday morning, July 28 at his home in Murfreesboro.  Mr. Henry was a United States Air Force veteran, serving two years in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Elouise Henry and one brother, Harold Henry.
He is survived by his wife, Monica Lawrence Henry of Murfreesboro; two daughters, Carla (Greg) Thurman of Franklin and Shelley (Christer) Czajkowski of Murfreesboro; three stepchildren, Beth Fitch of Murfreesboro, Jason Gribble of Murfreesboro and Heath (Michelle) Gribble of McMinnville; grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Whitman, Claire Anna, Carleigh, Ellie and Nils Czajkowski, Annie Thurman, Whitney (Nick) Pilkington; Joshua (Sarah) Thurman; one step-grandchild, Dominique Gribble; one great-great grandchild, Jude Thurman; two brothers, Charlie (Ann) Henry and Garrett (Robbie) Henry of McMinnville; and two nephews, Gary Henry and Rodney (Amanda) Henry.
Visitation will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 30 at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home in Murfreesboro. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 3 p.m. with Jim Hughes officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
