Landy Paul “Bear” Matney, 35, a Winchester resident and Warren County native, was born Dec. 31, 1976 and died Nov. 20.He was a construction worker and member of First Assembly of God Church. He was married June 18, 2007 to Lonna Sue Hale Matney who survives. He was the son of Sharon Lanita Grissom Walling of Bone Cave, and Sidney Paul Matney of McMinnville.
