Decatur, Ala., resident and Warren County native Kimberly Marlene Cartwright, 59, was born Sept. 15, 1962 and died Jan. 4, at Decatur-Morgan Hospital in Decatur, Ala., following an extended illness.           

A computer analyst with Hexagon in Huntsville, Ala., she was the daughter of the late William Douglas and Betty Sue Ramsey Cartwright. Miss Cartwright is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Michael and LeAnn Cartwright of McMinnville, nephews Zachery and Macie Cartwright and Ethan Cartwright, all of McMinnville, uncle Larry Ramsey of Morrison, and cousin, Larry Ramsey Jr. of Georgia also survive.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at High’s Chapel with Matthew Bouldin officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service at High’s. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
