Kenneth Charles Cunningham, 58, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Jan. 14, 1959 and died Jan. 29in St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness. He was a construction worker, veteran of the United States Army, member of the Baptist Church and son of Eleanor McCaleb Simerly of McMinnville and the late Charles Owen Cunningham. In addition to his mother, he is survived by wife, Theresa Cunningham; stepfather, Wayne Simerly; two brothers, Myron Cunningham of McMinnville and Stephen Cunningham of Panama City, Fla.; sister Angela Cunningham of McMinnville; two nieces Chasity Simerly of McMinnville and Stephanie Cunningham of Florida; and two nephews, Travis Cantrell and his wife Rachel of Rock Island and Frankie Montarello of Cookeville.Graveside service and interment will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at New Union Cemetery on Highway 30 with Jeff Kesley to officiate.
