Kathy Patricia Smith, 59, of McMinnville died Sunday, Nov. 17 at her residence. She was born June 2, 1954 in McMinnville and was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ at Altamont. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Maggie Louise Rogers Fults Sr.; her sisters, Margaret Priest and Joyce Cotten, and brother L.C. Fults Sr.Survivors include her husband, Larry Smith; daughter, Maggie Leanne Smith; son Larry Shannon (Sonjia) Smith; sister, Ila (Sandy) Elkins; brothers, Carl Douglas Fults, Grover Fults Jr., Donald (Billie Joyce) Fults, Mark Anthony (Shirley) Fults, Ricky (Judy) Fults, and Jerry (Gewanda) Fults; grandchildren, Joshua Logan Smith and Shayla Montana Smith, and caregiver and sister-in-law Bethie Smith.
