Judy R. Smith, 69, was born in Harriman, the daughter of William Roy Taylor and Elizabeth Arp Taylor. She died Tuesday, Oct. 28 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Along with her husband, she was co-owner of the Smith Grain Company and was a member of Fountain Grove United Methodist Church.
