Mrs. Judy Carolyn Hildreth Kelsey, 74, of McMinnville, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. She was born Dec. 08, 1947, in McMinnville, was retired from being a sales representative and was of the Baptist faith.
