Mr. Johnny Thomas Taylor Jr., 57, of McMinnville died Friday, July 6 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.He was born Nov. 15, 1954, in Warren County, was an accountant with Warren Farmers Co-Op, formerly worked with City Bank & Trust Company, was actively involved with Warren County Youth Baseball, was a TSSAA football referee, and a member of Locust Street Church of God where he served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his father Johnny Thomas Taylor, and his sisters Anna Jo Foutch and Betty Jane Smith.Survivors include his wife Lydia Pedigo Taylor, sons Joshua Taylor, Jacob Taylor, stepson Terrence Crim, mother and step-father Maudie and Randle Hitchcock, father-in-law Kenneth and wife Myrna Pedigo, all of McMinnville, stepbrother Rickey Hitchcock of Rock Island, and special grandchildren by love Jaxson Crim and Kayleigh Thomasson.Funeral service is 4 p.m. Sunday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Roland Sharp will officiate.
