McMinnville resident and Warren County native Johnny D. “John Deere” Greene, 85, was born Oct. 7, 1932 and died May 4 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. A former John Deere dealer, Mr. Greene began his affiliation with John Deere in 1950. He was a member of Central Church of Christ and the son of the late George C. and Rachel Neal Greene.
