Mr. John Wayne “Monk” Willard, 66, of McMinnville died Monday, July 18, at his residence. He was born Feb. 20, 1956 in Athens, Ala., was a roofer in the construction business, enjoyed fishing, spoiled all kids that crossed his path, and loved his dog Petey.
