McMinnville resident and Williamson County native Joe Hughes Beasley, 72, was born Dec. 4, 1940 and died Sept. 29 at Raintree Manor.
A photographer, a United States Army veteran of Vietnam, and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Joe Dee and Lucille Hughes Beasley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by aunts, Edna Hughes, Frances Hughes Brown, Mamie Beasley Lusk and Euretha Beasley London; and uncle, Carl Beasley.
He is survived by cousin, Charlotte Brown Boyd and family of McMinnville; and special friends, Bonnie and Steve Davis, and Carol Caldwell.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Armstrong Cemetery with Rev. Bob Case officiating. There will be no visitation at High’s. Memorials may be made to Magness Library.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
