JoAnn Webb Sandlin, 77, a McMinnville resident and Smithville native, was born Oct. 8, 1939, and died Wednesday, March 29, at the Webb House in Smithville, following an extended illness. She was a homemaker and had child care in her home for many years. She was a member of McMinnville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and the daughter of the late Hampton and Winnie Webb.
