Walling resident and Warren County native Joann Davenport Dove, 79, was born March 3, 1936 and died Sept. 8 at her residence following an extended illness.Retired from Hibbett Sports and a member of Westwood Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Monroe and Willie Elrod Davenport. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Dawn Holden; and brother and sister-in-law, Sonny and Velma Davenport. She was married to Earl Dove of Walling.
