McMinnville resident and Warren County native Jimmy Larry Walker, 78, was born Dec. 28, 1942 and died July 21 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following a short illness.
A Christian, member of Ezel Lodge No. 381 in Morrison, and retired co-owner of Walkers Dairy Supply, he was the son of the late Levon and Pauline Ray Walker. He was married to Carolyn Elaine Lawrence of McMinnville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Ray Walker.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Walker is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law Trina and Mike Koltay of Morrison, and Rachel and Danny Anderson of Lynchburg, and one grandchild and spouse, Ryan and Kasey Woods of Brentwood.
Graveside service and interment will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at Blues Hill Cemetery with Rick Lyles officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at High’s.
