McMinnville resident and Marion County native Jewell Dean Floyd King, 71, was born July 9, 1939 and died May 13 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A self-employed nursery worker, she was the daughter of the late Grover C. and Anna May Nunley Floyd. She was married to J.C. King, who preceded her in death June 29, 2005.
