Jewel Wayne Lawson, 70, of McMinnville died Sunday night at his residence. Mr. Lawson was a member of Short Mountain Church of God. He formerly drove a milk truck for Bill Weaver, was retired from the DeKalb County Road Department where he drove a gravel truck and was a life-long farmer.He was preceded in death by parents, Huey and Sybal Bratcher Lawson and two sisters, Virginia and Judith Lawson.
